Rm20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the rm20 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm20 platform, you agree fully and unconditionally to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rm20 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms takes effect at the moment you click "Register", "Log In", or perform any other action indicating your consent to use rm20's services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. rm20 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate the account of any user who does not meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at rm20. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. rm20 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard this information.
- Use a strong, unique password for your rm20 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. rm20 reserves the right to request identity verification via official documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the rm20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required is entirely the user's own responsibility.
Rm20 accepts a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and standard bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and will be indicated in the deposit and withdrawal section of the platform.
All withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the completion of all identity verification requirements and any applicable promotional rollover conditions. rm20 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is any suspicious activity or if identity verification has not been completed.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are correct. rm20 is not liable for any delays or failed transfers resulting from inaccurate information.
4. User Responsibilities & Liability Limits
Users agree to use the rm20 platform for lawful purposes only, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly forbidden.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rm20 platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in any manner that contravenes the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Transferring or sharing credits or bonuses with another account.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to access yours.
- Any form of collusion in multiplayer games.
Rm20's liability is limited to the value of actual funds held in the user's account at the time of the incident in question. rm20 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our platform.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Rm20 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or instructions from the relevant authorities. rm20's decision in such matters is final.
In the event of an account suspension due to a breach of terms, rm20 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any bonus balances or promotional credits held in that account. Actual deposit funds will be processed in accordance with the outcome of the investigation conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the rm20 customer support team. All eligible fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met. The account closure process may take up to 14 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the rm20 platform are the exclusive property of rm20 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such materials without prior written consent from rm20.
Third-Party Links
The rm20 platform may contain references to or information about third-party services. rm20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Any interaction you have with third parties is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Rm20 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Your continued use of the rm20 platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
You are encouraged to review this page regularly to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms governing your use of the rm20 platform. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the rm20 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, while the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
